Each member of our team takes the time to get to know the patient’s needs and works to maintain close communication as to any changes that may happen during the course of therapy. Our managed care specialist communicates regularly to case managers regarding updates and changes in therapy.

Communications

• Hours of Operation: Office 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / On Call - 24 hours/day - 7 days/week - 365 days/year


• Communication with the Patient - weekly or more frequently if necessary


• Communication with the Case Manager - When therapy changes or patient status changes or regular intervals as requested by the case manager


• Communication with the Physician — during course of therapy to report status changes, lab values and any other pertinent information requested.
