Alternacare's customer service team not only has an extensive knowledge of patient care but also insurance plans and coverage requirements for therapy. As an added benefit, we will match in-network benefits whenever possible and in the best interest of the patient.
Reimbursement Guidelines:
Depending on the insurance, the following information is required to properly process claims for home infusion services
- Doctor’s orders
- Patient Insurance
- Patient demographics, history/physical, or doctor’s notes
- PICC placement confirmation or type of IV access
